Step 1
View our color chart and decide what colors you want to use in preparing your transfers.
Step 2
Using our price list (Plastisol or Digital) determine the quantity of transfers you need.
Step 3
Preferred file formats are
.eps .pdf .cdr .psd .ai
for
.jpg .tif
please provide 300 dpi files, sized
1:1 to the dimensions that you would like the completed print; typically 11" x 14".
Step 4
If you do not have prepared artwork then send a line by line description of the design you are wanting prepared. Include any wording you want used and its proper spelling, also specify for each line of lettering if it is to be straight, arched, slanted, etc. If you are wanting specific fonts please specify
FONT NAME.
Finally include a description of any graphics you want prepared to use in the design. Any art fees will always be quoted before any work is done.

1. The colors you want to be used in preparing your order.
2. The quantity of transfers you are ordering.
3. Any files or descriptions we will need to prepare your order.
4. The main color(s) of garment(s) you will be applying the transfers onto.
5. Your company or contact persons name.
6. Your complete shipping address.
7. A phone number that we may reach you at between 10am - 5pm M-F (EST)

Proofs
Pre-production proofs are recommended and available via email at no charge. A printed proof is available for an additional charge, this however will delay delivery time. Actual completion and shipping times will be confirmed up approval of proof.
Extensive Art Charges
For more extensive artwork a rate of $30.00 per half hour will be charged, we will advise you in advance if this will be required.
Custom Mixed PMS (Pantone Mixing System) Colors
We will match our Stock Ink Colors as closely as we can to the PMS colors requested. If an exact match is required, we
can custom mix PMS colored inks. The cost to do this is $25.00 per color.

Color Change Charge
Each color change is $7.50 with a minimum order of 6 transfers per color.
Payments
All shipments are Pre-Paid. We accept:
Shipping
The primary method for shipment is through UPS, if you require shipping by some
other method be sure to include this information when placing your order. A tracking
number will be emailed when your order is shipped.
Refunds & Exchanges
All Item Returns Require a Return Authorization Number. You need a Return Authorization Number/Code issued by our head office before you can return any of the accepted Items according to our Item Return Policy. Items returned without a Return Authorization will NOT be accepted and return back to sender.

Art Reproduction Restrictions
The unauthorized use of registered trademarks and copyrighted logos or designs is illegal. When manufacturing products which incorporate these logos, we assume that you have obtained permission for use. We do however reserve the right to ask for written confirmation of this permission. Seay Graphics and its owners accepts no liability for any damages for unauthorized use of such material. We also reserve the right to refuse to print any design that we consider offensive.
